Golden Milk Nightcap

Ingredients

• 10oz Milk of your choice - organic almond milk, macadamia nut milk, full-fat coconut milk, or local raw milk are a few of our favorites
• 1 tsp organic high quality turmeric powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 cardamom pods
• 1 heaping spoonful Wai Meli Honey - Eucalyptus or Kiawe blossom honey are nice options here
• 1 tsp ghee

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine milk and cardamom pods
2. Gently warm the milk to a simmer, then remove from heat
3. Remove the cardamom pods
4. Add in all the remaining spices, the vanilla, and the ghee
5. Blend in a high-speed blender until foamy
6. Pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy as you reflect on the day past
