Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy covers 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, refunds and exchanges are not available. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be un-opened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any honey must be unopened.

If your product arrives damaged, we require photographs within 48 hours in order to disclose damages to the shipping partners we work with.

To complete your return, please send the photos of your product along with proof of purchase to aloha@waimeli.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
