Shipping Policy

Mahalo for shopping with Wai Meli. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed on the business day following the date the order is placed.

For example, if an order is placed on Monday, it will be processed on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next available business day.

Note: Orders may be processed on the same day they are placed but we can not guarantee it. 

Shipping Carrier

Wai Meli ships orders using FedEx. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the FedEx shipping service selected at checkout and the destination of the shipment.

Free Domestic Shipping

Wai Meli offers free shipping on domestic orders over $100. Eligible free shipping options will be displayed at checkout when your order qualifies.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for FedEx tracking details to update after the shipment has been picked up or scanned.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by FedEx and begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Wai Meli is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of FedEx. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with the next steps.
