Endemic to Hawai'i, Māmane flower nectar is harvested by our bees in the high-elevation dry forests of Mauna Kea.
This light honey made from its bright yellow flowers' nectar is complex, with refined grassy notes and an after taste of bright mint. Our Māmane raw, Hawaiian honey is lightly crystallized and maintains a delightfully spreadable texture.
